John Luongo, founder and President of Allied Risk Management is a 40-year public safety and security veteran. Serving in both public and private sectors, he began his career with the New York City Police Department, where he successfully worked his way up the command ranks while working on diverse and challenging assignments, including the high-profile Broadway Squad.
Following his nearly two-decade career with NYPD, John was recruited by the Royal Family of Brunei to serve as the Director of Security North America. Overseeing operations for the New York Palace Hotel, Bel Air Hotel, and multiple other assets owned by the family, he made a significant impact in reducing theft and workers' compensation claims, while increasing the overall security and safety of each property.
John’s diverse public safety and security background, his commitment to protecting and serving the community, along with his entrepreneurial mindset led him to build two successful security firms in the early 2000s; Allied Risk Management and Protection Advisory. Both companies have thrived, aiding multiple businesses and individuals in protecting lives and assets. Through his successful leadership, these organizations have employed hundreds of individuals as well as contributed to various philanthropic organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In 2019, John founded SightPAS LLC, a technology security firm which offers the revolutionary technology solution–SightPAS.
John has earned multiple certifications, and completed extensive instruction in the areas of emergency preparedness, firearms, VIP protection, and is a licensed Private Investigator in the states of New York and Florida. He is trained in Krav Maga under Matan Gavish at the Krav Maga Academy in NYC. Additionally, John is JKD/Progressive Fighting Systems trained and certified under Sifu Barry Jenkins at Warrior Martial Arts in Virginia Beach, VA.
Kerry Madden serves as Vice President of Allied Risk Management and brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in the private security and safety industry. Kerry, a highly organized and customer-centric professional, is passionate about ensuring employees are set up for success while the client experience is to the highest standard.
Kerry’s interest in security and safety began at a young age, as her father was a police officer with NYPD. After studying Criminal Justice in college, there was no doubt she wanted to do meaningful work in this field to protect and save lives while promoting safety, but in a different capacity. She completed an internship with security veteran, John Luongo, and was then recruited to work at two highly regarded security consulting firms; Protection Advisory and Allied Risk Management. Kerry gained extensive experience in surveillance, bodyguarding, corporate security, polygraph examination, and undercover investigation, and held various roles, working her way up to Vice President. In 2019, Kerry co-founded SightPAS LLC, a technology security firm which offers the revolutionary technology solution–SightPAS.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. She is a lifelong learner and has earned multiple certifications and completed various trainings including, NRA Woman on Target, NRA Refuse to be a Victim Instructor, and Krav Maga VIP Protection. Kerry is an avid competitor and continually challenges herself. She has completed five Tough Mudder Races and multiple Spartan Races. In her free time, you can find her training for her next competition, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Raymond Stein serves as Vice President of Operations for Allied Risk Management. His public safety and security career spans over 30 years and includes experience in both the public and private sectors. Following a professional baseball career with the Minnesota Twins organization, Raymond joined the New York City Police Department. He spent twenty years working in multiple divisions, including Special Ops and also the elite NYPD Mounted Unit, where he earned the prestigious designation as Master Trainer.
After retiring from the NYC Police Department, Raymond started a professional security business, which has grown into a successful and highly esteemed firm–Protection Advisory. His client list includes top talent in both the sports and entertainment world, along with Fox Sports, NBC Sports, ESPN, numerous dignitaries, sports talent, and movie stars.
Raymond’s passion for helping others, ensuring both individual and community safety, along with his love of sports and his “go big or go home” attitude in every aspect of his life, has contributed to the success of his professional endeavors. Raymond holds multiple certifications and has completed numerous training, including Special Operations Training, Verbal Judo Training, NYPD Master Instructor, and Explosive and Detection Training. He is a supporter of many philanthropic causes and organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
